If you run a fresh-cut plant or supply bagged salad to supermarkets, this semi-automatic pre-cut vegetable line replaces scattered manual prep with a clean, repeatable flow — your operators stay exactly where they add the most value: checking cut quality at the feeder, controlling dryness at the centrifuge, and inspecting every bag at the packer.
Fresh Cut Vegetable Processing Line

▶ Description:
Ready-to-eat vegetables are eaten without further washing or cooking — which means the processing line itself becomes your food-safety control point. Soil, foreign matter, residual water, and inconsistent cut size all end up in the bag if any step is weak. When cutting, washing, drying, and packing run as separate manual steps, you pay three times: labor between stations, re-contamination between steps, and shelf-life loss from surface water left on the product.
▶ What a ready-to-eat vegetable processing line includes — the 5 stations

▶ From whole vegetables to packed bag in 5 steps
● Cut — operator feeds whole vegetables into the cutter; uniform strips/slices/dices come out at a size preset by recipe.
● Wash — automatic multi-stage bubble + spray cleaning removes soil and residue; gentle mode for leaves.
● Dry — automatic ambient air conveyor sweeps the first layer of surface water.
● Dewater — commercial centrifuge spins each batch to "salad-dry"; operator loads and unloads (typically in minutes per batch).
● Pack — operator bags and seals in the vacuum chamber; sealed bags move to cold storage or the truck.

Throughput is planned end-to-end: a mid-size configuration runs 800–1000 kg/h, and a larger configuration reaches 1000–1500 kg/h on most products. Because the centrifuge and packer work in batches, we balance the number of units and crew positions to your bag speed — your real, sustained rate is confirmed during the machine trial with your own vegetables. We do not sell you a theoretical number.
